How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You cannot cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped.
I'm not satisfied. How can I return the item?
You have 30 days to return the items from the moment you received it. To initiate a return, please email us at info@lolathelabel.co.uk with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Our customer service team will provide you with details and a return address.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we do. If you have ordered the wrong size or colour, please contact us at info@lolathelabel.co.uk and our customer service team will help you resolve the situation.
